have been mailed from the County Assessor's Office.
The Fee to submit a PVAB petition is $35.00 per tax account - Order No. O-158-25
Petitions must be accepted by 5 p.m., Dec. 31st, 2025 or by mail and postmarked Dec. 31, 2025.

NOTICE OF SESSION: The Property Value Appeals Board will convene March 10, 2026 at 10:00 am in the Jefferson County Administration Building Conference Room / 66 SE D St. / Madras, OR. The board will discuss policy and determine the schedule for hearings. The PVAB purpose is to hear petitions for reduction of the real market, maximum assessed, specially assessed, or assessed value of property as of January 1, 2025, or as determined under ORS 308.456(5)(a), ORS 308.146(6)(a), or ORS 308.428.
