Event Complex

Home of the Jefferson County Fair & Rodeo: July 22 to 25, 2026

The Jefferson County Event Complex (Fairgrounds) is made up of 50-plus acres located on Fairgrounds Road in the heart of Madras.

Twenty buildings and barns, situated in a park-like setting, cover over 100,000 square feet. The Event Complex offers several events on a year-round basis, hosting almost 100,000 people each year, and using the grounds for approximately 200 events.

For the convenience of the ground's users, 65 RV spaces with full hook ups were installed in an RV park featuring a Dog Park. 

Major events happen throughout the year ranging from Concerts, Motorcycle Rally’s, National Dog Shows, Rock & Gem Shows, Rodeos, Equine Events, RV Shows, and more.

The facilities are also used for social events like dances, quinceanera’s, weddings, and reunions.

The Jefferson County Fair & Rodeo (Jefferson County's largest annual event) takes place in last full week of July.

2026 Fair Vendor Application

The Corwin Arena is available for open ride on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and the fee is $5.00 per rider.  (there will be times that the arena will not be available to rent so please check the calendar before hand.) After hour rentals are available for $20 per hour. Please fill out the Building Registration form to reserve a spot 48 hours prior to requested date.
